iClinicSys ( Integrated Clinic Information System ) is an electronic medical record and health information system that supports the function of  primary care facilities including Rural Health Units (RHUs), Health Centers (HCs) and Barangay Health Station (BHS).

It aims to automate service delivery processes to efficiently and effectively monitor patient care in the health facility. Its also serves as the reference model for Electronic Medical Record systems in support of the Department of Health’s (DOH) National Health Data Reporting, Philhealth Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (eKonsulta) and other eHealth initiatives. 

Its objective is to further improve overall patient treatment, quality and safety while reducing unnecessary cost and paper work. To manage and coordinate patient information through an electronic medical record system. To improve quality health care in the community through technology and information sharing and To improve quality of data in terms of accuracy and validity, completeness and timeliness of submission
