Tournament Guidelines
Where the number of entries is fewer than six (6), competition shall be conducted under a Round Robin format.
Where the number of entries exceeds six (6), competition shall be conducted under a Group Playoff format.
The decision of the organising committee will be final for any grouping.
In doubles there may not any groups due to low number of praticipant. Anyone has any objection on the grouping we can cancel their entry and fee will be refunded. Please let the organiser know wbout it by 14th July/
League Matches: Each match shall consist of one (1) set to twenty‑one (21) points, with a golden point at thirty (30), Which means the player leading by 2 point will win the match after 19-19. At 29-29 the player scoring first 30 pointt will win the match. There is no extension beyond 30.
The leader in the table will be declare the winner, no. 2 will be the Runner up and no.3 will be the 2nd Runner up.
In all the group play off matches, each league matches shall consist of one (1) set totwenty one (21) points, with a golden point at thirty (30).. Which means the player leading by 2 point will win the match after 20-20. At 29-29, the player scoring first 30 pointt will win the match. There is no extension beyond 30.
In all the group play off matches, each Knock out matches shall consist of best of three (3) sets to fifteen (15) points, with a golden point at twenty‑one (21).. Which means the player leading by 2 point will win the match after 14-14. At 20-20 the player scoring first 21 pointt will win the match. There is no extension beyond 21.
Top 2 in the group will advanced to the knock out stage.
If there is uneven distribution of groups, the group with more players will have top 3 players qualifying for the knock out. In this scenario a knock out game with Group no.2 of the grpu[ with less player will play against the no. 3 of the group with more number of players.
Players shall wear mandatory non‑marking shoes. Barefoot play is strictly prohibited.
All attire shall conform to standard badminton clothing regulations.
The Winner, Runner up and 2nd Runner will be awarded Trophie, Medal and Certificate.
All other players who participated will be awarded participation certificates
All matches shall be governed by standard Badminton World Federation (BWF) rules.
The decision of the umpire shall be final and binding.
Players are required to maintain discipline, decorum, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
If a player failed to report within 15 minute of schedule time and after 3 calls by the organising committee, the walkover will be declared. Match will be awarded to the player on court.
The fixtures of the matches will be announce on 22nd July 2026 @ 8:00 PM
