Papers are to be submitted online and should be formatted in both Chinese and English. For details, please refer to the conference website.
Authors are requested to save their papers in .doc or .docx format. This conference adopts a full paper submission method, with a limit of 15 pages (for Master's/Bachelor's session) or 25 pages (for Teacher's or Ph.D. session).
All submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published in any conference proceedings or journals, nor should they be under review elsewhere, to uphold academic integrity.
The conference paper review process will be conducted anonymously by two reviewers.
The conference will select several outstanding papers and award them the Best Paper Award. Additionally, several excellent papers from the Teacher's or Ph.D. session will be recommended for publication in journals such as the Journal of Information Management (TSSCI).
Accepted papers must have at least one author registered and present at the conference. Papers from the Teacher's or Ph.D. session may include authors other than those mentioned above, but the presenter must be a teacher or a Ph.D. student.
Authors can freely choose to submit and present their papers in either Chinese or English. They may also specify submitting in English and presenting in English.

Posters should be self-printed and brought to the venue for display.
