Dr. Frederick L. Dembowski
Dr. Frederick L. Dembowski is the President of the International Association of Organizational Innovation and the Hibernian National Bank Endowed Professor Emeritus at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana, where he also served as Head of the Department of Educational Leadership and Technology. He also currentlyserves as the Editor of The International Journal
of Organizational Innovation, and has served as the Editor of The AASA Journal of Scholarship and Practice, and The NCPEA/CONNEXIONS Journal.
He received his Ed.D. From the University of Rochester, New York. He has served as a professor, department head and dean for over 30 years at Purdue University, SUNY Albany, Lynn University and the National University of Somalia, Africa. His work has focused on leadership/management, school business management & finance, and international development of educational organizations.
He has over 100 publications including: Effective School District Management (1999), published by AASA and Scarecrow Press; and Unbridled Spirit: Best Practices in Educational Administration – the 2006 NCPEA YEARBOOK (2006), published by the National Council of Professors of Educational Administration. In summer, 2007 he authored two books: Carol A. Mullen, Theodore B. Creighton, Frederick L. Dembowski, and Sandra L. Dr. Alex Maritz
(Dcom, MBA, BCom, MIMktM, CHed) is the Chair in Entrepreneurship at La Trobe Business School in Melbourne, Australia. He is the Vice-President of the International Association of Organizational Innovation (IAOI), and has been actively involved in the International Conference of Organizational Innovation (ICOI) since inception. His particular value add is a theory for practice based perspective, based upon his background as Executive Director for international corporations such as Sony Playstation, Glaxo SmithKline, Boots Pharmaceuticals and Blockbusters. (UP), and specialises in franchising, entrepreneurship and strategic sales/marketing.
With an international reputation as a leader in entrepreneurship and innovation education, Alex has won many international research, engagement and teaching awards. He is the recipient of a Stanford Technology Ventures Scholarship, Australian Learning and Teaching Citation, USASBE International Entrepreneurship Education Finalist, Vice-Chancellors Engagement Award and Faculty Excellence Awards in Learning and Teaching and Research. He has procured in excess of $ 3 million in external research funding, published over 50 journal articles, in excess of 200 other scholarly peer reviewed articles and supervised over 24 higher degree research students to completion. Current research, learning and teaching and engagement activities include senior entrepreneurship, international Visiting Professor roles, online entrepreneurship education development, enhancement of the entrepreneurial university and cross-disciplinary entrepreneurship education initiatives.

Dr. B.K. Dass
B.K. Dass is Professor in the Department of Mathematics at University of Delhi. He has been Head, Department of Mathematics and Dean, Faculty of Mathematical Sciences of University of Delhi. He has earned two research degrees viz. Ph.D. in 1975 and D.Sc. in 1983. His research interests include Coding Theory, Information Theory, Cryptography, Applied Algebra, and Discrete Mathematics. He has published over 100 research papers and has edited 7 books, apart from supervising 25 Ph.D. candidates and over a dozen M.Phil. students. He has widely traveled to several countries as visiting professor/visiting scientist such as U.S.A., Canada, Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Yugoslavia, Austria, Greece, Denmark, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan. He has delivered more than 150 lectures outside India in these countries in different universities and research institutions including several invited /plenary/keynote lectures at various conferences. He has collaborated research with as many as 20 scholars from outside India and has published work with them
Prof. Dass was elected President of Mathematical Sciences section of Indian Science Congress Association 2008-2009. He was Chairman of National Committee of ‘India Mathematics Year 2009’of Ministry of Science and Technology. He was also elected as President of Academy of Discrete Mathematics and Applications. He has been responsible as a member of the committees for setting up several Centres of Mathematical Sciences in India at Kerala, Banaras Hindu University, Banasthali University (Rajasthan), Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore), C.R. Rao institute at Hyderabad. He was appointed as Chairman of the committee of the initiative “Human Resource Development in Mathematics” initiated by the Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. Was appointed as Ambassador of ICM (International Congress of Mathematicians) 2014 held in South Korea in August 2014.

Dr. Sydney Engelberg
Dr. Engelberg has been Master of a University College in Sydney, Australia; Founding Director of the Program in Community Psychology at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia; taught at Clarke University and Derby University, England; and consulted to the World Bank, UNICEF, IBM, Microsoft and Intel.
He is currently on the faculty of the Schwartz Program in Nonprofit Management, School of Social Work and Social Welfare and the Nonprofit Management and Leadership program at the Rothberg International School, both at the Hebrew University, as well as being a senior faculty member at Ono Academic College, Jerusalem and a Visiting Professor at the Business School, University of Bologna, Italy. He has his own consulting practice with clients in the private, public and nonprofit sectors.
Dr. Engelberg has published widely and run executive workshops in Latin America, Europe, Great Britain and the USA.
