Please read the terms of service before you proceed with a request

By ordering a commission means you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms rendered

I reserve the right to post the final commission on my social media platforms
- Consideration is given for commissions purchased as gifts
You are allowed to post commissioned artwork on any of your own personal social platforms with the watermarked piece
- For the concern about AI scraping art works posted on public platforms, I still permit you to post the commissioned work as it is your right to do so
I reserve the right to decline a commission with or without reason or need to explain

I DO NOT allow my work to be used to train any generative AI/machine learning programs
I DO NOT allow my work to be minted on the blockchain or to be turned NFTs
- If you are caught/intend on doing so, you will be blacklisted

Please attach a detailed description of your commission/inquiry, along with clear references of your characters with other necessary details

Inquiries through email, on X/Twitter posts, or direct messages on Ko-fi are accepted for Ko-fi commission offerings
Simply follow the page's guide and read all instructions carefully
ALL KO-FI PURCHASES ARE UPFRONT, as per design of the platform
- In consideration of upfront payment, Ko-fi purchases will be prioritized in queue*
  - *Unless proper timeline was stated beforehand

Once I confirm your commission, you will either be placed in the queue on my Trello or on my waitlist as per our agreement
- You can track progress of your commission through my Trello
My work week follows Philippine Standard Time and weekends are my days off
From confirmation of starting work, a commission may take up to two (2) weeks at most*
- *Queues, holidays, and other such events that may occur may also affect delivery time
- Any change to schedule will be communicated accordingly
You will be given a heads up as to when work will begin on your commission the day of or before

Payment is done via PayPal or Gcash (for locals only)
Payment can be made before the initial sketch, however, this would only apply to clients at the front of my queue. Clients further in queue or on the waitlist aren't obligated to pay until confirmation or initial sketches
You are expected to make partial/full payment during the sketching process or once I inform you that I am working on your commission
- If partial/full payment is not made when the sketch is finished, I will not proceed with color and rendering until payment is processed
- Payment plans can be discussed
- Full payment has to be made for me to release the high resolution image to you
I may work on multiple sketches at a time, only due to space between communication with various clients
All purchases are digital
- You will be sent a Google Drive link to access and it will contain the high resolution PNGs of your commission
You are allowed to post commissioned artwork on any of your own personal social platforms with the watermarked piece

All details of your commission will be confirmed during email communication
- Please double check your descriptions and references beforehand
Three (3) major revisions are allowed during the initial sketching process
Throughout the process, I will send you sample sketches for your feedback
- I will need your approval before moving onto the next stage
Once at the rendering stage the pose and overall composition of the commission should be finalized, meaning no revisions to the pose is allowed
- However, you are allowed another three (3) color corrections and for smaller details during this stage

If you are unable to proceed with a commission or rather be put on a waitlist, please inform be before work is started on your commission
For custom commissions (non-Ko-fi purchases), once work has began on a commission you will be unable to request a refund

Consideration for Ko-fi purchases:
- If you have purchased through Ko-fi, which requests full payment up front, you are entitled to consideration
- If work hasn't began on your commission, you may request a refund but will be deducted a fee to cover payment processing fees
- Once work has began on a commission you will be unable to request a refund
