The College is founded in 2006 for undergraduate studies with two scientific departments (Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering). One year later, Electrical and Electronics Engineering department is established. Three scientific departments (Petroleum Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Orthotics and Prosthetics Engineering) are established in 2014. The newest department in the College, Architecture Engineering department is established in 2015.

In 2013 and 2014, the postgraduate studies (MSc) started in the departments of Mechanical Engineering and the Civil Engineering, respectively.

The College pursues more ambitious goals of implementing the concepts of the theoretical and experimental aspects for the students. The College also seeks for communicating with the governmental institutions and private companies to provide the society with skilled and qualified engineers specialized in the various engineering disciplines, and they can manage, design and produce engineering projects of all kinds.
