Abstract Submission

Poster Presentation Guidelines

We invite all participants to submit abstracts for the poster session. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your research, receive valuable feedback, and network with peers and experts in the field.

Poster Specifications

All posters should be prepared in portrait orientation to fit the provided poster boards.

• Required Dimension: A0 size

• Measurements: 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height)

Please ensure your poster is legible from a distance of at least one meter. We recommend using clear fonts and high-resolution images. Further information regarding specific poster session times, setup instructions, and board numbers will be provided to accepted presenters closer to the conference date.

We invite all prospective participants to submit their abstracts by the specified deadline to be considered for presentation at ICEQSM 2025. Whether your work involves cutting-edge experiments, theoretical advancements, or novel applications in quantum sensing and metrology, we welcome your contribution. Please ensure that your abstract is submitted within the given timeframe for it to be reviewed by our scientific committee. 

Selected contributions from ICEQSM will be considered for a multi-journal virtual special collection in the following reputed Wiley journals.
