1. Personnel untrained in interrogation can not engage in the interrogation of any non-event job.
a. Trained personnel include: anyone enrolled in the interrogation branch, anyone over the rank of Junior Agent.
2. All Staff Agents and above are allowed on stage during debrief.
a. Promotions will be done by the Commanding Officer.
3. Only Staff Agent and above can promote.
a. Staff Agents - Master Agent may promote up to Senior Operative. (Must abide by ISB cool-down)
b. Assistant Chief - Chief may promote up to Acting Agent. (Must abide by ISB cool-down)
c. Assistant Bureau Chief may promote up to Master Agent. (Must abide by ISB cool-down)
d. Bureau Chief may promote up to Assistant Bureau Chief. (Must abide by ISB cool-down)
e. Colonel Wullf Yularen and above may promote up to Bureau Chief. (Must abide by server-wide cool down)
3. Enlisted personnel are forbidden from participating in branch activity.
a. Branch activity will be described as any action or activity that is specifically tasked with one branch.
4. ISB personnel may not take orders contradicting orders given to them by their higher ups in ISB.
a. Personnel above the rank of Grand Admiral may override orders given by ISB command.
5. Only Master Agents and above are allowed to initiate a bunk inspection. However, lower ranking personnel are allowed to assist during the inspection.
1. Personnel must be respectful to all other personnel.
a. Disrespect is a very broad term and is discretionary to whomever is invoking the rule.
2. Personnel must follow CoC (chain of command) when bringing up issues.
a. This rule does not apply for meetings

a. Exceptions include: surveillance, meetings, and other role-play situations.
2. ISB personnel may join other Teamspeak channels and/or ask for passwords in a situation above. However, they may not demand or make threats if denied.
a. ISB personnel must follow channel codes and not enter locked channel unless given written permission.

Server-Wide Cool-Down - (For commander+) May promote without cool-down. Can promote up to 4 ranks from current rank. Must wait 3 weeks after a rank skip to do another rank skip.
