Guidelines Papers Submission

Initial Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers for presentation at the conference. Submitted papers will be peer reviewed and accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will appear in the conference proceedings. Presented papers will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings (Indexed in Scopus & ISI)

The following downloadable packages contain the AIP Conference Proceedings templates, together with the License to Publish Agreement and other additional documents you may need.

Camera Ready Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Make sure that you use the template provided above.
  • Authors may also have to limit the pages to no more than 10 pages.
  • Please ensure that the overall similarity score of your final paper is less than 20%, by using any of the plagiarism check software such as Turnitin.
  • Save your Word file with this naming convention: ID_your-paper-id_ICEDSA2020.pdf; For example: ID_01_ICEDSA2020_.pdf.

Checklist need to send to ICEDSA2020 organizer

  • A final Word file (.docx) of your paper.
  • A report of similarity score from any of plagiarism check software.
  • A signed License to Publish Agreement. In the copyright form, please include SUKREEN HANA as CONFERENCE EDITOR'S NAME.
  • Copies of permissions to re-use copyrighted material.
