These terms and conditions applies to the Last Road To North app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ziby (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
By downloading or using the Last Road To North app ("the Application"), you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Intellectual Property All content in this Application, including trademarks, source code, and derivative works, remains the property of the Service Provider. Copying, modifying, or translating the Application or its components is strictly prohibited.
2. Modifications and Charges The Service Provider may modify the Application or its services and may charge for features at any time. Users will be informed clearly in advance of any such charges.
3. Data and Security The Application may store and process personal data. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged and may lead to malfunctions or security issues.

6. Device Responsibility Keeping your device charged and functioning is your responsibility. The Service Provider is not liable for service interruptions due to battery failure or device issues.
7. Accuracy of Information The Service Provider strives to maintain up-to-date information but cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy and accepts no liability for losses due to reliance on the Application's data.
8. Updates and Termination Updates may be required to continue using the Application. The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all granted rights will cease, and you must delete the Application.
