These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Chilly’s Ice, also known internally as IceSlide, developed by silver apps.

By downloading, accessing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Use of the Game

Chilly’s Ice is a puzzle game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may use the game only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the game.

- Use the game for unlawful purposes.

- Attempt to interfere with the game, its purchase system, or Game Center features.

- Exploit bugs, cheats, or unauthorized tools to manipulate progress, scores, or leaderboards.

2. Purchases

Chilly’s Ice may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium content or additional levels.

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and may be managed with RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms, refund rules, and App Store policies. If you need a refund, you must request it through Apple.

3. Game Progress and Premium Access

The game may store your level progress, settings, and premium access status on your device. If you delete the app or change devices, some local progress may be lost unless supported by Apple or platform services.

You may be able to restore previous purchases using the restore purchase option in the game.

4. Game Center

Chilly’s Ice may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards or score submission. If you use Game Center, your use is also subject to Apple’s Game Center terms and privacy practices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the game, including artwork, music, code, characters, level designs, text, and other assets, belongs to silver apps or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal entertainment only.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any part of it at any time. We may also change levels, features, prices, or premium content where permitted by applicable law.

7. No Warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Developer Name] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the game if you violate these Terms or misuse the game.
