- Premium unlock status.


This local information is used to make the game function properly and is not sold.


2. Purchases


If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.


We may use RevenueCat to manage purchase status, restore purchases, and confirm premium access. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction status, receipt data, and an anonymous app user identifier.


3. Game Center


If you sign in to Apple Game Center, the game may submit leaderboard information, such as your total stars or score, to Game Center.


Game Center is operated by Apple. Your Game Center profile, nickname, leaderboard data, and related information are handled according to Apple’s privacy practices.


4. Analytics and Advertising


Chilly’s Ice does not currently use third-party advertising tracking.


We do not sell your personal information.


If analytics, advertising, or additional third-party services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those services are used.


5. Children’s Privacy


Chilly’s Ice is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Information may be processed by third-party services necessary to operate the game, including:

- Apple, for App Store purchases and Game Center.

- RevenueCat, for purchase validation and premium access management.

Local game progress remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset the data.


Purchase-related records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat as required for transaction validation, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and purchase restoration.

- Disable or sign out of Game Center through your device settings.

- Delete the app to remove local game data from your device.

- Restore purchases using the restore purchase option in the game.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on Apple, RevenueCat, and platform infrastructure.
