About the College
Poornaprajna College and Postgraduate Centre, popularly known as PPC, is situated in a vast green campus at the heart of Udupi city. Poornaprajna Postgraduate Centre is one of the educational institutions run by Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council formerly headed by H. H. Sri Sri Vibudhesha Theertha Swamiji of Sri Admar Mutt. Now, the Council is functioning under the leadership of H. H. Sri Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji of Sri Admar Mutt.
The Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Educational Council, the apex managing body of Poornaprajna educational institutions which manages 27 institutions spanning the whole spectrum of education from the primary to the post graduate level, realized the need for higher education in this semi urban area way back in 1960. Thus came into being Poornaprajna College as a centre of education. That was the time when education itself was at a premium, particularly the higher education, which the poor and the middle classes could hardly afford. The College has been rendering, since then, exemplary service in the field of higher education. Currently, the college is affiliated to Mangalore University.
College campus is at a short distance of 1 KM from Udupi Bus Stand, 4 KMs from Udupi Railway Station and about 45 KMs from Mangalore Air Port.

About the Department
The Department of Mathematics started along with the institute in the year 1960. The Postgraduate course in Mathematics was introduced in the year 2015 to promoting the importance of Mathematics and to fulfill the desire of pursuing higher education to the students of rural and urban area. The department facilitates students with numerous research and teaching oriented activities apart from the curriculum.

About the Conference
Combinatorics is the study of finite or countable discrete structures and includes counting the structures of a given kind and size, deciding when certain criteria can be met, and constructing and analyzing objects meeting the criteria, finding largest, smallest, or optimal objects, and studying combinatorial structures arising in an algebraic context, or applying algebraic techniques to combinatorial problems. Discrete mathematics involves the study of mathematical structures that are fundamentally discrete rather than continuous. In contrast to real numbers that have the property of varying smoothly, the objects studied in discrete mathematics do not vary smoothly in this way, but have distinct, separated values. Many of these topics are also addressed in the Probability Theory section of the Statistics Library.
The purpose of this conference is to bring together experts and young researchers and provide platform for discussions on recent advances in the relevant research areas through the invited talks and research paper presentation.
The academic program of the conference will consist of invited talks and paper presentations. Each participant will be given a copy of the lecture notes. The lectures may be either comprehensive surveys or talks based on original research.
