REGISTRATION INFORMATION

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings. The conference will be conducted in Hybrid mode. Co-authors must register by paying the full registration fee, in case they want to attend and get a presentation certificate as conference delegates. Application should be made using the registration form and the full paper submission can be done using CMT link.

*Registration fee has to be paid only after screening and acceptance of abstract/paper.

*Full paper submission on or before: 10 November 2025
Acceptance Notification on or before : 30 November 2025
Registration Fee Payment Due on or before: 15 December 2025
Camera-ready Submission on or before: 20 December 2025
Conference Dates : 6 & 7 January 2026

*Notice: Extension of Full Paper Submission Deadline

Due to the large number of requests received, the deadline for full paper submission has been extended to 10 November 2025

Authors are encouraged to take advantage of this extension to finalize and submit their papers within the new timeline.
