Author Guidelines for Paper Submission
Manuscripts reporting original and unpublished research results about the related topics are solicited.
Manuscripts with plagiarism more than 10% shall be outrightly rejected.
All submissions should be blind. The author names, affiliations, emails, and other details in the 'author panel' below the paper title should be kept blank.
The manuscript must be 4-6 pages long per IEEE Conference format. Please download the template from the link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Manuscripts less than four or greater than six pages will be rejected without review.
Manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format only (submission file size is within 10 MB) through Microsoft CMT.
The authors need to choose a track while submitting a manuscript. However, the Technical Program Committee reserves the right to shift the paper to some other track based on the relevance and content of the research.
Once a manuscript is submitted, it will be immediately sent for review. Hence, the authors are requested only to submit the final version. Editing and updating the manuscript after submission will create a problem or unnecessary delay in the review process.
All submissions will undergo a double-blind review. The criteria for acceptance will be based on quality, originality, technical content, and relevance to the theme of the conference.
This conference will adopt flexible deadlines to ensure maximum participation. 'Rolling acceptance' will be provided in phases, and a list containing 'Papers Accepted,' 'Papers with Major Revision,' 'Papers with Minor Revision', and 'Papers Rejected' will be published in each phase. The deadlines for revision submission, final acceptance, and registration for each phase will be communicated to the authors through email and the conference website.
In case of early 'final acceptance', the authors of the accepted papers need to register early, as specified in the communication email.
The IEEE members must submit proof of active membership if the discount is claimed during author registration.
For more than one accepted paper from the same author, a discount of 50% on the registration fees will be offered for each additional registration, provided the same author will register in all papers.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Note that there is no 'late registration' category for authors. All authors of accepted papers need to register by the due date of registration to include their manuscripts in the conference proceedings.
At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register under the 'Authors' category to present the work in Physical/Virtual mode.
A virtual meeting platform is to be made available for all the registered authors who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference. Authors may register and present through the virtual platform.
The participation certificate will be only awarded to the registered author. In case the registered author is unable to present, a co-author, with due permission from the organizers, can present the paper.
Only presented papers at the conference will be sent to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEEE 'No Show' policy will be applicable to the papers, if the paper is not presented at the conference venue.
Publication Ethics

Authors should observe high standards with respect to publication ethics. Falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author’s own work without proper citation, and misappropriation of the work are all unacceptable.
There is non tolerance policy for plagrism. Plagrism value must not be more than 10% of overall script. Matching from particular source must not be more than 1%.
