Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) is located on the northern bank of the Mahabahu Brahmaputra river, approximately 5 km from the centre of Guwahati.

How to Reach IIT Guwahati?

• By Air: Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (GAU) is approximately 20 km from the IIT Guwahati campus. Prepaid taxis and app-based cab services are available at the airport as well as in the campus. The journey generally takes about 20–25 minutes, depending on traffic.

• By Rail: Guwahati Railway Station is approximately 10 km from the campus. Participants can reach IIT Guwahati by taxi, auto-rickshaw, or bus. IIT Guwahati also operates bus services between Guwahati city and the campus.

• By Road: IIT Guwahati is well connected to Guwahati city and other parts of Assam by road. Participants travelling from the city may use taxis, app-based cabs, or local transport or IIT Guwahati buses.

Accommodation:
All the speakers will be accommodated at IIT Guwahati Guest House, and the other participants will be accommodated in Guest House or Hostels.
