Practical Information

The local name of the city is Amaravati in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The speakers and young scholar speakers will be staying in Hailand Resort, Amaravati, near SRM University AP. The other participants will be staying in the Skyotel Hotel, which is located opposite to the Loyola College, Amaravati. You can trace on the google map (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y63BZ7STHvmwDJxy9). 

The nearest airport is Vijayawada international airport (VGA). There are regular flights from the major Indian cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad etc.

We will arrange transport to pick up speakers from the airport (VGA). It is around 40 minutes road drive from airport to the Hotel. 

Nearest Railway station is Vijayawada Junction (BZA) which is well connected with all Indian cities.

Important informations:

1) Dinner and breakfast will be served in the Hotel iteslf, while lunch will be served in the conference venue.

2) Lectures will be held in the SRM University Campus.
