Faculty members, Post-doctoral fellows, Ph. D. students and certain master degree students are eligible to apply to this conference. The registration will only be through the online application below. The window for registration closes on October 09, 2023. 

All the participants will be provided free accommodation including food. On the other hand, only a few participants may be provided appropriate travel allowance.

PhD Scholars and Post Doctoral fellows who wish to apply for the Young Scholar's talks are requested to send their paper to iccgnfrt@gmail.com with the the mail subject "Application for Young Scholar Talk 2023" by October 09, 2023. The body of the mail should contain the applicant's credentials as well as a short abstract of the paper which the applicant wishes to present.

The final list of selected participants will appear on October 10, 2023.
