Price depends on time spent to complete, anything under 1 hour will be $15, every subsequent hour afterwards will be $14, rounding to the closest half hour. 

Files will be sent as .stl, .obj, .sldprt, or .f3d. I can also provide drawing files (.dwg) along with the 3D model as requested.
