Resident Apps

Dear resident, Guest Mode are design for visitor held with season pass to retrieve their entry pass and for panic alarm receiver to received the panic alarm request.

When you are in guest mode means your phone number yet to be added to your unit in systems, therefore :

1. You may seek for your local management office helps to add your activate phone number to your unit in systems.

2. Seek for any logged in user with the role of " Owner " to add your phone number to the systems and wait for your local management team approval

亲爱的居民，访客模式是为持有访客通行证的访客所设计的，以及紧急警报接收者查看紧急警报请求。

当您处于访客模式时，意味着您的电话号码尚未添加到系统中，所以 :

1. 您可以寻求当地管理办公室的帮助，将您的电话号码添加到系统中。

2. 寻求任何具有 “ 屋主 ” 角色的登录用户，将您的电话号码添加到系统并等待您的管理层批准。

Dear resident, the application of Automated Number Plate Recognition and Face ID are approve by your local management team, subjected to precinct's house rule. iCARES is the system provider, house rule and operation wise matter you may contact your local management team for advice.

尊敬的居民，自动车牌识别与人脸识别的申请，是由您当地的管理层按照每一个社区的家规所批准。iCARES是系统开发商，因此所有的运营与操作事宜可联络您的管理层。

Dear resident, the apps are designed for multilingual, available in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu. You may change to your preferred languages following the below step :

1. Open iCARES Resident Apps

2. Bottom menu bar go to " Profile "

3. Scroll down until you see the options of " Change Languages "

4. Click and Select your preferred languages

亲爱的居民，我们的应用程序可设置多语言，系统语言有英语、中文与马来语。您可以按照以下步骤更改您的首选语言：

1. 打开 iCARES 应用程序

2. 底部菜单栏滑动至 “ 个人主页 ”

3. 向下滚动，直到看到 “ 更改语言 ” 选项

4. 单击并选择您的首选语言

Dear resident, if you have forgotten your log in password, you follow the below step to log in with OTP :

1. Open iCARES Resident Apps

2. " Tick " to agree the Terms & Conditions

3. Click " Log in with OTP " options , then select log in

4. Fill in the OTP once you received

5. After you have log in, go to the profile page to reset your password

亲爱居民，倘若您忘记了您的登入密码，您可以依据以下步骤使用一次性代码登入：

1. 打开 iCARES 应用程序

2. 在服务条款栏，点击 ” 打勾 “

3. 选择 ” 使用一次性代码登入 “ 并点击登入

4. 填写您所收到的一次性代码

5. 当您成功登入后，可到您的个人主页重设密码
