Instructions for Authors
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for publication in the ICANCS 2027.
Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be made through Microsoft CMT only. Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
All the received papers will be reviewed by three reviewers, by the experts in the respective domain.
All presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Since the "Accepted and presented papers" of ICANCS 2027 will be submitted for possible publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, the manuscript must strictly adhere to the standard IEEE two column format and must not be more than 6 pages.
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process. Authors must ensure that their submissions are original and are not under review or accepted for publication elsewhere.
Please ensure that the manuscript is prepared according to the conference guidelines and that all required submission information is provided accurately.
Authors must enter the complete and accurate information of all authors during the initial submission in CMT Portal, including the full name, affiliation, and email address of each author. The author list and the order of authors should be carefully verified before completing the submission in CMT Portal.
ICANCS 2027 follows a double-blind peer-review process. Therefore, the uploaded manuscript must be anonymized and must not contain author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, funding details, or any other information that may reveal the identity of the authors.
Please note that the author information entered in the CMT submission form is separate from the manuscript uploaded for review. Authors must provide the actual author details in CMT while submitting an anonymized manuscript for the review process.
Changes to the author list or author order after the initial submission may not be permitted. Authors are therefore requested to carefully verify all author details in CMT Portal before submitting the paper.

All papers should adhere to the following guidelines
For Microsoft-Word please use the most current version of IEEE conference template, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.
LaTeX is the preferred method to prepare your manuscript. Please use the standard LaTeX IEEE conference template.
Do not include page numbers or header or footer.
Authors who receive final acceptance, after paper revision only can register for the Conference.
All the registered papers must be presented in the conference for publication.
All presented and accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital library for publication.
Refund policies shall be as per the standard norms of IEEE conferences.
All the co-authors must be listed with affiliation details in the initial submission. No further authors can be added for selected papers.
All conference submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font), including figures and tables.
Authors who receive final acceptance after paper revision can only register for the conference. The authors will also be expected to submit a final version of the manuscript that will be added to IEEE proceedings as per the conference template.
Please upload camera-ready paper and an eCopy transfer file in Microsoft CMT.
All the registered papers must be presented at the conference.
Please make sure that the camera-ready paper has been generated by the template provided to you (Contains IEEE copyright notice on the first page bottom left, and the conference name as the footer on the rest of the pages) and verified with the pdf express website (https://ieee-pdf-express.org). You should use conference ID 59362X and register for the site with a username and password.
The completed IEEE electronic copyright form (ECF) needs to be transferred (as and when it is made available) as per IEEE requirements.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
