in order to evaluate at the receiving desk level before sending the paper to TPC
Submission guidelines
Initial Paper Submission Guidelines
1. Authors are invited to submit full length original research contributions up to 6 pages in length, written in English (only) , strictly adhering to in River Publisher Template given in Download Section. The standard page length for the manuscript is 6 and maximum page length is 8, and for the two additional pages, extra page charge will be applicable at INR 2000 or USD 100 per extra page.
2. Author should not use the salutation to their name such “Dr.”, “Prof.”, “Research scholar”, “Student” etc. Only name and affiliation should be written.
3. The manuscript should strictly follow River Publisher Template (given blow in the down load section) and instructions.
4. The accepted similarity percentage for this conference is up to 10% (excluding references/bibliography and all other sources) and AI content should also be less than 10%.
5. All papers will be evaluated based on their novelty, fundamental insight, experimental evaluation, and potential for long-term impact.
6. All submissions will undergo a rigorous review process based on originality, technical quality, and relevance.
7. All submissions of papers must be made electronically via CMT in PDF format only.
8. Along with the PDF version of the paper, if possible submit the plagiarism check and AI contents report carried out via Turnitin tool.
9. The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

All oral papers must be presented by one of the authors who must have registered for the conference and paid the registration fee.
By submitting a paper for the conference authors undertake that, if the paper is accepted, they will pay the fee, attend the conference, and present the paper.
Proofs will not be sent to authors (again and again) - at any time during production. It means that only reviewer comments will be sent for preparing the CRC and thereafter, no corrections can be permitted as the proceedings willbe sent for the production stage
