IEEE ICAHS 2025 is planned as an hybrid event.

• Authors residing in Tunisia are expected to attend the 2025 IEEE ICAHS in person, as the conference is currently planned as a face-to-face event.

• Authors outside of Tunisia who are unable or prefer not to travel will have the option to participate online (with  reduced registration fees)

Important Note

• Registration is mandatory: Every attendee must complete registration.

• No-show policy: Papers accepted by the Technical Program Committee but not presented (online or in person) will NOT be submitted for publication.

We are happy to announce that the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS) is supporting student participation at IEEE ICAHS 2025.

Thanks to this support, registration fees will be fully covered for selected students.

A selection process will be organized to identify eligible candidates.

Registration Payment should be made in Tunisian Dinar (TND) in the form of a Bank Transfer or a Purchase Form (all costs at the transmitter’s charge).

For ALL Authors presenting more than one paper the registration fees for ONLY the second paper is limited to 50 TND.

Authors outside of Tunisia who are unable or prefer not to travel will have the option to participate online (with reduced registration fees)

  Registration Payment should be made in Euros in the form of a Bank Transfer or Order Form.

  For ALL Authors presenting more than one paper the registration fees for ONLY the second paper is limited to 50 Euro.

In- Person Registration fees include :

o   2 nights at a hotel in Hammamet

o   Admission to all plenary sessions

o   Admission to all sessions

o   Electronic proceedings

o   Welcome package and the conference materials

o   Coffee breaks

o   Lunches and dinners

o   Certificate of participation

For accompanying persons, the following prices will be adopted: 

• Adult 155 TND /night (50 Euros), double room in full board. 

• For single room, add 35 TND /night. 

• Children under two years free. 

• Children between two and twelve years old:

  • 50% reduction with two adults, 

  • 30% reduction with one adult, 

  • 30% reduction in a separate room.
