Biography :

Dr. Benamar is an Associate Professor of Computer Networks at the School of Technology, Moulay Ismail University of Meknes. He holds a Ph.D. in Sciences from Faculty of Sciences-Meknes (2004), a Master degree in Physics (2001) and a Master degree in Computer Networks (INPT 2003). His main research topics are IPv6, IoT, Intelligent Transport Systems, and Next Generation networks. He is the author of several journal papers in highly ranked journals as well as IETF Standard documents. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor of the "IEEE Access" and the "Wireless Communications and Mobile computing" journals, and reviewer for several IEEE, Elsevier, Wiley and Springer journals. Dr. Benamar is a TPC member of different IEEE Flagship conferences (Globecom, ICC, PIMRC, WCNC, etc..), and a member of the Organizing Committee of WCNC'2019. Furthermore, He is an IPv6 expert (he.net certified) and IPv6 trainer with many international organisms (RIPE/MENOG, AFRINIC, and Agence Universitaire de Francophonie). He became an expert in Internet Governance after completion of ISOC Next generation e-learning programme. He has been selected as an ISOC Ambassador to IGF(2012 and 2013), Google panelist in the first Arab-IGF, ISOC fellow to IETF'89&92&95&99&103 and ICANN'50&54 fellow. Among his commitments, he is a member of the Task Force for Arabic IDNs which is a part of Global Stakeholder Engagement (GSE) of ICANN a team of people working on making the DNS speaks Arabic and enabling Email address Internationalization. He also served as a member or G6 association for IPv6 and one of the contributors to the IPv6 MOOC. Teaching Interests: IoT, Cloud/Fog Computing, Python, Network Programmability, Operating Systems, Computer Networks and Network Security.

Biography :

Oulaid Kamach received a Master degree in applied mathematics from Franche-Comté University in France in 2001, and a Ph.D. in control engineering from the INSA of Lyon, France in 2004. From 2003 to 2005, he was a temporary Lecturer and Research Assistant from Savoie University and INSA of Lyon, including a one-year as a Post-Doctoral researcher in INSA of Lyon. Since 2018, he has been a Full Professor in Industrial engineering and Logistics, within the Department of Electrical and Industrial Engineering of the University of Abdelmalek ESSAADI Tangier, Morocco. His research interests include Flow Management, Simulation, Optimization, Monitoring and Planification & scheduling. Oualid published over 72 research articles in refereed journals and conferences. He has supervised over 15 Masters and PhD candidates.

Biography :

Dr. Gürkan Solmaz is a Senior Researcher at NEC Laboratories Europe, Germany. His research interests include AI/ML, mobile computing, and cloud-edge systems for novel internet of things (IoT) applications to smart cities and smart mobility. He received his BS degree in Computer Engineering from the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Turkey and his MS and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in the USA. During his work at NEC, he has contributed to EU research projects in areas such as IoT, cloud/edge computing, data analytics, localization, and automated driving. He co-authored more than 35 papers and presented his work in top-tier journals and conferences such as IEEE TMC, ACM/IEEE IPSN, and ACM MobiSys. He was co-recipient of two best paper awards (IEEE SCC’19, GIoTS’18), 2017-2019 IEEE IoT Journal best paper runner-up award, the Rhine-Neckar-Grant and the UCF Computer Science Ph.D. Student of the Year First Runner-up award. He is selected as a member of the ACM Future of Computing Academy (FCA). He regularly serves in the technical program and organizing committees of conferences. He is a member of IEEE, ACM, ComSoc, and SIGMOBILE.

Yassine Rhazali is a Moroccan professor. He obtained his Phd in computer science and more specifically in software engineering, his specialty is the Model Driven Engineering , he proposed several approaches in model engineering, his approaches are validated in various scientific papers published at international scientific conferences and international scientific journals. He obtained his Ph.D at Ibn Tofail University, Kenitra, Morocco. He is now a professor-researcher, reviewer, editorial board member and scientific committee member in several international scientific journals and in various international scientific conferences. He has taught computer science in varied universities and institutes such as: faculty of science and faculty of letters at Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra, faculty of sciences and techniques (FST) at Hassan I University of Settat, Higher School of Technology at Moulay Ismail University of Meknes, OFPPT Specialized Institute of Applied Technology (ISTA) in Kenitra and at diverse higher private institutes.

Addi Ait-Mlouk received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Cadi Ayyad University, Morocco, in 2018. Before joining the ISCL lab in Uppsala university he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Computing Science, Umeå University, working on federated databases. His research interests include Data mining, information retrieval, natural language processing, machine learning, semantic web and federated learning.

Dr. Sarah El Himer is a Ph.D and Associate Researcher in Intelligent Systems, Georesources & Renewable Energies Laboratory. She is Ph.D, graduated in 2019 in renewable energies at the renewable energies and intelligent systems laboratory from the faculty of sciences and technology, university of Sidi mohammed ben abdallah FEZ. She is a trainer and IT Consultant at IT Support and Consulting Center. She was working for faculty of science and technology FEZ as a Visiting Professor from 2015 to 2019. Dr. El Himer has made contributions in the fields of optical component of Concentrated photovoltaic and electrical vehicle. Her main research topics are Ioptical element for CPV, aceeptance angle, optical efficiency micro CPV, Hybrid CPV. She has published over 15 papers (international journals, and conferences/workshops). She has served and continues to serve on executive and technical program committees and as a reviewer of numerous international conference and journals such as CPV conference, REEE2017. She is the TPC chair of the ICACTCE’21 Conference.

Hajar Moudoud is currently working in computer engineering at the Environment and Autonomous Networks Laboratory, University of Technology of Troyes, France, and the Faculty of Engineering, Electrical and Computer Science Engineering, Université de Sherbrooke, Sherbrooke, Canada. She received an engeneering degree from Mohammadia School of Engineers, Maroc, in 2018. Biography :

Nezha holds a Ph.D. in Geochemistry and Environment from the Faculty of Sciences Ben M’sik (FSBM). Currently, she is pursuing her Postdoctoral research at FSBM. She is also involved in a research project supported by the IAEA Research Contract CRP K41016. After getting her second Master in Sustainable Blue Growth from the University of Trieste and OGS –Italy in 2019, Nezha was admitted to participate in DEEP BLUE Mobility Project, and she successfully elaborated her research project on Deep-sea mining impact on the environment at the Institute of Marine Sciences ISMAR-CNR, Bologna, Italy. Nezha has published notably in the field of Geochemistry and Environment and she has actively participated in several scientific meetings. Nezha contributed to the organization of 10+ international conferences in the field of Environment. She earned many scholarships to participate in conferences and training around the world. In reconnaissance of her excellent research and achievement, Nezha received the prize of the best doctoral dissertation in 2018.
