End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and IBZ Social ("we," "us," or "our") that governs your use of the IBZ Social application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
You shall not:
Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices or labels from the App.
Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
The App offers a subscription-based service with a monthly subscription fee of $9.99. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal through the App's settings or by contacting our support team.
You agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes in a timely manner. We reserve the right to adjust the subscription fees at any time, and any changes will be effective upon your next subscription renewal.
5. Data Collection and Use
We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including all software, content, and materials provided therein, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights in the App through your use of it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of the App at any time, without notice, and for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from your device.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are headquartered. Any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify or update this EULA at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this EULA will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
