What Is IBS?
The Intervarsity Biochemistry Seminar (IBS) is an annual event organized by a host university and endorsed by the Malaysian Society for Biochemistry & Molecular Biology (MSBMB). This year, IMU University is proud to host the 34th Intervarsity Biochemistry Seminar where undergraduate students from public and private local universities are invited to showcase their final year project findings on biochemistry, molecular biology, and life sciences advancements.

The theme of this event is 

“The Ballet of Biomolecules: Journey from DNA to Systems”.
The seminar features oral and poster presentations by undergraduate students and promotes the advancements of Biochemistry studies amongst varsity students. The participants will be judged separately in their category by MSBMB EXCO members and academic judges from respective participating universities.

Intervarsity Biochemistry Seminar 2024 is scheduled to be held on 7th December 2024.
