Year 1 Students

IMPORTANT INFORMATION from our coordinators:

After June exams we will be looking to see that students have achieved 24 points overall. Students need 24 points in order to receive their IB diplomas, and students must be predicted at 24 points after January exams in Year 2 in order to remain in good standing in the programme. Students should be studying hard for their exams and taking advantage of extra help sessions.

Second semester mid-term reports go home in April every year. After reviewing your child’s midterm, we would encourage you to reach out to your child’s teachers if you have any concerns. Supports like extra help and peer tutoring are ongoing for students who wish to take advantage.

Students are reminded that June exams make up a significant portion of their grades for second semester so taking advantage of extra help and having a good study plan are essential!
