Guidelines for Presentations

Invited Talks

Each invited talk will be allocated a 30 minutes slot. Actual presentations should leave 5 minutes for questions. We request your to manage your talk within the allocated time.

The preferred formats are PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Computer systems with Windows XP/7 and MS Office will be available and presenters are expected to use the conference system and not their own laptop to minimize setup time. Please make sure to upload your presentation to our laptop and make sure it works before your respective session. We suggest bringing a copy of all the files including movies on multiple media formats (e.g. CD and/or USB key). Please use standard codecs for video to minimize risks of playing issues during presentation on the conference computer system. Also, you are requested to be in touch with your session chair.

Oral Presentations

Poster Presentations

Posters should be mounted before or during lunch time of the day of their session and removed at the end of the session. The maximum poster board size is A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation. Please respect these maximum dimensions
