At the heart of Ibile Food is our visionary founder and head chef, a passionate and innovative culinary artist with over nine years of experience in professional kitchens. Having honed her craft in some of Barcelona’s top restaurants, she brings a refined global touch to authentic Nigerian and African cuisine.
Trained at a renowned Nigerian culinary school, she combines classical techniques with a deep appreciation for cultural heritage and bold flavors. Her academic background includes an MBA in Talent Management and Leadership, reflecting her commitment not only to creativity in the kitchen but also to building and inspiring dynamic culinary teams.
Her culinary philosophy celebrates authenticity, innovation, and the art of storytelling through food, each dish reflecting a journey of culture, flavor, and memory.
