Universitas IBBI mobile app is a Free app build by MyCampus. This application is designed to facilitate academic activities and administrative processes for students, teachers, and staff in schools and universities. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Universitas IBBI unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

• Location: We collect real-time location data during attendance registration to ensure compliance with designated attendance areas.

• Device Identifier: We collect your device's identifier (device ID) to prevent attendance fraud and ensure you check in from your registered device. On Android devices, we request permission to access the required device data. On iOS devices, we use a secure device identifier (IDFV) that cannot be used for cross-app tracking.

Use Data

The data we collect is used only for the following purposes:

• Ensuring compliance with designated attendance areas during attendance registration.

• Preventing attendance fraud by ensuring users check in from their registered devices.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our servers located in Indonesia. The stored data is encrypted to ensure security. We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and taking reasonable steps to protect it.

Sharing of Data

We do not share your data with third parties. The data is transmitted from the app to our server and used for relevant internal purposes only.

Data Management

Your data will be retained as long as you are affiliated with the institution using the app. If you wish to access, update, or delete your personal data, you can contact the relevant institution that manages access to your data.

Age Restriction

The Universitas IBBI app is designed for use by students, lecturers, and staff. Users under the age of 18 are advised to use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Permission Access

The Universitas IBBI app requires precise location access permission for online attendance purposes.
On Android devices, we request permission to access the device ID to verify the user’s device for attendance purposes.
On iOS devices, we use the IDFV (Identifier for Vendor), which is unique to our app, for the same purpose and is not used for cross-app tracking.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be notified through the app or by other means we deem appropriate.
