Request for consent of the Director-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission to register an institute to be named “Nigerian Institute of business Analytics-NIBA” or “Institute of business Analytics of Nigeria-IBAN” as a company limited by guarantee (July, 2018).
Approval of the Director-General of CAC to proceed with the registration of “Institute of business Analytics of Nigeria-IBAN” subject to name availability (August, 2018).
Name search for “Institute of business Analytics of Nigeria” with the CAC and its approval for registration.
Completion of MEMART for registration by the lead promoter (Dr. M.A.Isiaka, male, South-West Nigeria) and two others (Mr. A.A. Bello, male, Northern Nigeria and Miss G.U Adiele, female, Eastern Nigeria), as directors.
Signing of MEMART by ten initial subscribers with different socio-economic profile. They are: AGIRI Hamzat Ayodeji; AKALAKINI Oise Augustine; FABIYI Oluwafunbi Dorcas; FALUYI Taiwo Rasheed; ISIAKA Rukayat Kikelomo; Muibi Oluwafemi SAIBU; OGUNDEINDE Ademola Moses; OLUSESI Hakeem Olalekan; OSOBA Bernard Usiholo and SULAIMON Yusuf Alfred.

Change of the registration team lead from a Lagos-based consultant to an Abuja based consultant that have worked closely with federal parastatals for many years.
Securing the consent of the Attorney General of the Federation as well as that of the Federal Ministry of Education.
Receipt of Certificate of Registration from CAC for establishment of “Institute of business Analytics of Nigeria Ltd/Gte” (September)
Advertisement for direct membership, facilitators and other collaborators through LinkedIn contacts.
Appointment of Acting President (Mr. Johnson Olusegun OLU-YOUNG), Acting Registrar (Mr. Emmanuel Olatubosun SOWUNMI) and Acting Director of Membership (Dr. Hakeem Babatunde OLADAPO).

CALL FOR MEMBERSHIP
This is to invite all interested (and qualified) individuals to complete the direct membership process. After the close of this window, all potential members would go through the examination route. The direct membership opportunity is also open to directors, subscribers, partners, consultants, full time staff, part time staff and other stakeholders.
