怎么使用训练模式?怎么使用训练模式?There are different ways to exit from different bracelet training modes. There are usually three ways to exit.
不同的手环训练模式的退出方式不同,通常有三种方式退出1. Click three times in a row (last press) to exit
1.连续点击3次(最后一次长按)退出2. Long press to exit
2.长按退出3. Long press to pop up the confirmation button, switch to YES button and long press to exit
3.长按后弹出确认按钮,切换到YES按钮后长按退出1.Enter: Long press in training interface to enter training mode,Click to switch different sports
进入训练模式:在训练界面长按进入训练模式,单击可以在不同训练模式切换2.Start: Choose a sport, then press and start recording
在对应的训练界面(比如自行车)长按开始记录3.Exit: Click three times in a row and hold a long press after the third click
退出:连续快速点击三次,并且第三次点击后保持长按4.Return: switch to the return icon interface, long press, you can return to the main interface
返回:切换到返回图标界面,长按,可以返回主界面Note: Although this method is somewhat complicated, it can effectively prevent misoperations (pressing, sweating, etc.) from causing the training mode to exit abnormally.
注:使用这种方式虽然有些复杂,但是可以有效防止误操作(按压,出汗等)导致训练模式异常退出。1.Enter: Long press in training interface to enter training mode,Click to switch different sports
进入训练模式:在训练界面长按进入训练模式,单击可以在不同训练模式切换2.Start: Choose a sport, then press and start recording
在对应的训练界面(比如自行车)长按开始记录3.Long press 2s again to exit the sport mode.
在此界面长按退出自行车模式4.Return: switch to the return icon interface, long press, you can return to the main interface
返回:切换到返回图标界面,长按,可以返回主界面1.Enter: Long press in training interface to enter training mode,Click to switch different sports
进入训练模式:在训练界面长按进入训练模式,单击可以在不同训练模式切换2.Start: Choose a sport, then press and startSwim
在对应的训练界面(游泳)长按开始记录3.After a long press, the yes/NO selection appears, switch to YES and then long press to exit the swim mode.
长按后出现yes/NO选项,切换到YES然后长按,退出游泳模式4.Return: switch to the return icon interface, long press, you can return to the main interface
返回:切换到返回图标界面,长按,可以返回主界面
