¥36,000  (=$240 / €230 at current exchange rates March 2025; may change). 

Fee includes Conference volume; Lunches and coffees (4 days during meeting);

Conference dinner in a local restaurant, and mid-conference excursion.  

Accompanying members:

    ¥5,000 (Conference dinner)

    ¥3,500 (mid-conference excursion)

Payment instructions will be announced at a later date.

Both bank transfers in advance and on-site payments will be supported.
