Josephine graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Academic and English Honours from the State University of New York, Albany. Her Honours thesis was entitled, “Rhapsody in Cyberspace: Problems, Promises and Play”. She has 18 years experience in the interactive digital media industry and has worked for both academic and corporate online education. She has also edited websites for both e-commerce and media industries. Two e-learning start-ups which she pioneered at went on to become multi-million dollar businesses. Josephine was a lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic where she conducted modules in Creativity and Applied Thinking Skills, Dreamweaver, Project Management, Communication Toolkit and Designing Promotional Material.

She is a volunteer at Action for Singapore Dogs’ Adoption and Rescue centre where she spends her Saturdays
