iAudio-AI Engineer ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Encrypted password
- Display name (optional)
Audio Files
When you upload a mix, stems, or master:
- Audio file content (processed for analysis, mixing, or mastering)
- File metadata (filename, format, sample rate, duration)
- Mix scores and analysis results we generate
Usage Data
- App interactions (screens visited, features used)
- Crash reports
- Device type, OS version, app version
Purchase Data
- Subscription tier and status
- Purchase history (handled by Apple — we never see card details)
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide AI mix analysis, mixing, and mastering
- Save your history so you can revisit past analyses
- Process subscription payments (via Apple)
- Improve app stability and fix bugs
- Send you account-related notifications
3. What We DO NOT Do
- We do NOT sell your data
- We do NOT share your audio with third parties
- We do NOT use your audio to train AI models
- We do NOT track you across other apps or websites
- We do NOT show ads
4. Audio Processing
Audio files you upload are:
- Processed on secure servers
- Stored encrypted
- Retained only while your account is active
- Deleted within 30 days of account deletion
You retain full ownership of all audio you upload and any masters/mixes we generate.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate the app:
- **Apple App Store** — payments and subscriptions
- **Convex** — encrypted data storage
- **AI processing infrastructure** — for analysis, mixing, and mastering
These providers are bound by data protection agreements.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data — view all your uploads and analyses in-app
- Export your data — email support@yourdomain.com
- Delete your account — Settings → Delete Account
- Cancel subscriptions — Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions
If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
7. Children
iAudio-AI Engineer is rated 4+ but not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have.
8. Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text)
- Access to production systems is restricted and logged
9. International Users
Your data may be processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
