Prashanth is a social entrepreneur, philomath and an autodidact. He is an ardent fan of Design and Entrepreneurship, for these both transformed him at individual and professional fronts. He is a rewarded entrepreneur and Forbes Fellow. He has designed, curated and delivered different learning experiences for adult and adolescent learners in domains ranging across Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Career, Technology and Business. At CIE, Prashanth is the Academics Manager who designs Entrepreneurship and Innovation programs/interventions for different ecosystems (educational institutions, corporates, R&D centres, investors, etc.).

Seshadri endeavours to find simple solutions to everyday problems. He believes that being Entrepreneurial is an essential life skill just like cooking or driving. As an Intrapreneur at a startup, he managed product development and investor relations. He brings in 10+ years of experience across industries and domains. He has worked closely with CXOs and investors in creating Innovative products. At ISB-CIE, he handles learning programmes on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Seshadri is passionate about animal rights, music, good movies and sports

Dr. Ranji Vaidyanathan is Varnadow chaired professor of material science and engineering at Oklahoma University. Having several years of entrepreneurial and product development experience, he’s also focused on assisting student entrepreneurship and venture creation. While working at ACR, along with the R&D 100 Award for developing a Water-soluble tooling material marketed as Aquacore™ and Aquapour™, he has also developed 4 different products from the concept stage to the commercial stage. Currently, he’s working with his 8th student start-up company assisting to take their products to the market. A previous student start-up MITO Material Solutions won 2nd place at the prestigious Rice Business Plan competition and has scaled-up to more than $1.1 million from a National Science Foundation commercialization grant and additional investment worth $0.5 million

Mr.Potluri Anil Chowdary, is the Managing Director of Green Waves Environmental Solutions, the only Authorized E-waste collection and handling unit in Andhra Pradesh since April 2015. This organization has received several laurels some of which include National Awards at Indian Industry Session, and IconSWM Award at the 8th International Conference on Sustainable Waste Management, for its excellence in e-Waste Recycling. Previously, he had worked under the Department of Conservation in Rotorua, New Zealand, where also he had contributed towards various projects for environmental betterment, one of which was the 'Love Your Water' program organized by Sustainable Coastline on the cleaning of fresh and marine water bodies

As the co-founder and CEO of Electrono Solutions Pvt. Ltd.Mr.Kalyan Ram sir provides strategy and insights about innovations and defines the organization's business goals. Since 2004, he has developed a vast experience in the field of Control system design and Remote Engineering involving Industry 4.0 solutions at Electrono which includes designing solutions for Manufacturing and Remote Laboratory for Academic Institutions, control system design solutions for Defence and Aerospace, Industrial Automation solutions, Software/Hardware/ System-in-loop simulations, IoT for Engineering applications and Research Infrastructure Management Solutions. He’s also the President of the International Association of Online Engineering (IAOE.), Austria.

With a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Science from IIT Kanpur, Mr. Sunil Jha has engaged in teaching and research on manufacturing processes and related automation for the past 13 years and has filed 6 patents on the unconventional superfinishing processes he developed. He has extensively worked in segments related to automation in manufacturing. Currently teaching Computer-Aided Manufacturing and Industrial automation to UG and PG students at IIT Delhi, he’s also leading the IITD-AIA Foundation for Smart Manufacturing at IIT Delhi to work closely with the manufacturing industry and supporting them in absorbing new technologies to make them ready for the next industrial revolution

Before returning to India upon the invitation of former Prime Minister of India, Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, Deepak Gadhia had worked for various leading German Companies like Wacker Chemie GmbH, DEG Engineering GmbH, etc in the field of Heat Recovery and Energy Conservation. Upon arrival in India, they started Eco Center ICNEER (International Center for Networking, Ecology, Education, and Re-integration). The requirement of funding for ICNEER was the start of Gadhia Solar Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd, which offered services in the Energy sector. His effective leadership has brought many laurels, one of which being the BlueSky Award in Shenzhen, China for his company Gadhia Solar being among the Top Ten Technologies in the World. He also shares his invaluable experience and expertise by serving on various Boards of several Government and Non-Government Bodies and committees as an advisor and mentor.

Ameet has 25+ years of work experience. He brings in a unique mix of experience in technology along with passion for behavioural sciences.

Ameet did his engineering in Electronics & Communication and started his career in Technology R&D in STMicroelectronics Noida, a European MNC. After working for 14 years in R&D first as an engineer and then as an engineering manager, he followed his calling and moved to the field of Applied Behavioural Sciences. Today Ameet is a Leadership & Organisation Development Consultant & Coach and is Founder of a boutique consulting firm THINK CHANGE. Ameet has also Co-Founded a program TAKE2 which helps people make Life & Career transitions.

Mr.Aniket Joshi is a dynamic vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, entrepreneur, and 4x TEDx Speaker. Academically, he has pursued his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NMIMS University followed by MBA in Operations Management from ICFAI Business School. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. His research areas include Vibrational Acoustics and Musical Instrument Design. In his research work, the soundbox of an Ibanez model M510EBS was considered for modal analysis which was improvised by changing the shape of slots in order to obtain a resonating design in terms of achieving resonance with respect to the standard tuning frequencies of the instrument. Based on this accomplishment, he was invited for his first TEDx Talk in 2017 at the age of 23

Madhukar Sharma is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer & MBA in International Business with 24 years of diverse Industry experience. He is an AWS certified Welding Inspector and a Certified & Registered Lead auditor for ISO/ TC 176 committee governed-International Automotive Task Force and a trainer for implementation of Operational Excellence core tools such as – APQP, FMEA , MSA & SPC. He is currently working as the President & Director of ASME India Private Limited, a subsidiary of The American Society of Mechanical Engineers, USA since 2013 , where his role is to promote ASME initiatives on Workforce Development and Establish and support Professional ASME Groups in engineering practice such as - Energy Production , Conservation & Storage, Advanced Manufacturing, Pressure Technology , Robotics & Bio Engineering.
