These Terms govern purchases of digital content, features, and subscriptions offered through Apple’s In-App Purchase (IAP). By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in addition to Apple’s terms and policies.
All sales are processed by Apple. Apple is the merchant of record, collects payment, and issues receipts. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Billing, taxes, and chargebacks follow Apple’s policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to the current period ending.
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions (iOS/iPadOS) or App Store ▸ Account ▸ Subscriptions (macOS). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Subscriptions provide continuing value (e.g., ongoing features, content, or services) while active. Access ends when the subscription ends.
If offered, free trials or introductory prices apply per Apple ID unless stated otherwise. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial/intro period ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your Apple ID is charged. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
Prices are shown in your local currency using Apple price tiers and may include taxes where required. Prices and offers may change. If Apple notifies you of a price increase and you don’t accept, cancel before the next renewal.
Refunds are handled by Apple under regional App Store rules. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable right to access the purchased content/features. We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the service or comply with policy/law. If features included in a subscription are materially reduced, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
If you reinstall or switch devices, you can Restore Purchases from in-app settings (for non-consumables and active subscriptions) using the same Apple ID.
Do not misuse purchased features (e.g., reselling access, credential sharing, automated scraping, abuse). We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law (e.g., EU/UK digital content rules). Apple’s checkout flow provides any required regional notices. If you consent to immediate delivery of digital content/services, you may lose withdrawal rights once delivery begins.
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. We receive limited purchase information (e.g., product identifiers) from Apple to fulfill entitlements and provide support. See our Privacy Policy: [privacy-policy URL].
We may suspend or terminate access (without refund) if you breach these Terms or applicable laws. Termination does not affect amounts already charged by Apple for the current period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and digital content are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where permitted, our total liability related to paid features is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period through Apple.
We may update these Terms from time to time (e.g., legal/policy updates). The “Effective date” will change. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. If you disagree, cancel before the next renewal.
