GENERAL

-Canvas size may vary depending on composition and commission type.

-Prices vary based on the complexity of requests, such as props, complex characters, etc., which will increase prices.

-Please provide as many references as possible (pose reference, character reference, mood board, descriptive words, etc.)

-Please do not paint over a YCH base and/or claim it as yours. 

- I may post finished commissions on my socials.

-Currency is in USD

PAYMENTS

-Full payments are upfront.

REVISIONS

-Revisions are discussed during the sketch and color composition process.

-Major revisions after completion of the illustration will have an additional fee.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

-Illustrations are usually done in 1-5 weeks, fixed deadlines will have extra fees and must have at least a weeks notice. 

USE

-Illustrations are for personal use and can be used as icons, banners, wallpapers ect. as long as credit is given (ianxy_)

-commercial use can be discussed and will have extra fees.

-please do not paint over pieces and/or claim it as yours.

-if posting credit me (ianxy_) somewhere in the post 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

-I retain all copyright on the work produced 

-no work produced can be used to train generative AI or minted for NFT’s

REFUNDS

-Full refunds can be given if I haven’t started the piece yet, after I’ve started the commission there are no refunds.
