Clients are permitted to use up to four (4) designated locations for the shoot, with a maximum of ten (10) participants allowed

NOTE: An additional fee of PHP 1,500 will be incurred per succeeding hour.
INCLUSIONS
Consume up to four (4) hours (or a fraction thereof) of shooting time with the following schedule:
AM schedule - starts at 8:00 A.M.
PM schedule - starts at 1:00 P.M.
Baluarte de San Diego and Puerta Real Gardens until 5:00 p.m. only
Plaza San Luis Complex (Casa Manila Patio, Loggia, Zaguan) until 6:00 P.M. only.
Fort Santiago (Plaza Moriones and Fort Santiago Gate) until 8:00 P.M. only
Pasig River Esplanade – Phase 1C and Phase 3 (open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. only)
*Please note that the Pasig River Esplanade tends to be crowded in the afternoon onwards, with a high density of visitors.
Minimal tapping of electricity at designated stations (for charging of shooting equipment only). IA will not be liable for the loss or damage of equipment.
Free entrance fees at Fort Santiago and San Diego Gardens for up to ten (10) persons, excess of which shall pay the corresponding entrance fees of Php75/adults; Php50/senior, children, PWD per site at Fort Santiago and Baluarte de San Diego (for up to 15 persons only). Another Php6,000 will apply for more than 15 persons, including staff and crew.
There is no provision for a holding area or make-up room. Comfort rooms are available but not for the exclusive use of the client.
RESTRICTIONS
Use of vehicles as props are not allowed except for bicycles
Smoking
Use of smoke machines, sky lanterns or helium-filled balloons
Installation of heavy props and mounting on the walls
Creating noise and/or nuisance within the area and its vicinity
Playing loud background music
Tapping of electricity apart from allowed charging of shooting equipment at the designated stations
Loitering
Violent scenes and revealing or indecent outfits
Obstruction to visitors within the premises
The assessed fees are payable to the Intramuros Administration on the following terms:
The reservation shall be made not later than FIVE (5) DAYS prior to the scheduled shoot.
Shooting fee shall be paid in full upon completion of online reservation transactions.
Shooting Fee is waived if the applicant has a confirmed reservation for any of the function areas of IA.
Payment Method
The Intramuros Administration shall accept full payment of the shooting fee through the available payment platforms within and not later than 24 hours upon issuance of the IA order of payment.
Change of Schedule or Location and/or Postponement
In case of a transfer of schedule or location and/or postponement, the client is required to submit a written request through email for approval of the Administration. The request must be submitted not later than five (5) days before the date of shooting indicated in the permit with complete details such as the reason for rescheduling and new date of shooting, etc.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation or non-usage of the shooting permit for any reason whatsoever, the client is required to notify through email not later than five (5) days before the date of shooting.
Refund
In case of cancellation, only fifty percent (50%) of the shooting fees will be refunded to the client.
The client is required to submit a formal or written request for a refund via courier (or hand-carry it to the IA office) and is subject to approval along with the original copy of the official receipt (O.R.). A confirmation email will be sent to the client.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pictures/videos taken shall not be used for commercial purposes.
The client shall be held responsible for any damage to the facilities of the Intramuros Administration as well as for the safety, protection, and security of the talents, guests, crew, and the general public. It is prohibited to obstruct doorways, staircases, corridors, emergency exits, and similar passages including sidewalks. Only minimal props and shooting equipment are allowed. Heavy props, cameras mounted on the walls or ruins, or scaling and climbing of the same including in the sidewalks and streets are prohibited.
There is no provision for holding area or make-up room. Comfort rooms are available but not for the exclusive use of the client.
The Intramuros Administration reserves the right to regulate the number of reservations in a given day and or deny requests for non-commercial photography and video to prioritize reservations for functions.
The Intramuros Administration will not be held liable for failure to provide the premises due to fortuitous events or for reasons beyond the control of IA.
Pictorial and shooting in the street shall be allowed only if the activity will not cause traffic, disturbance and/or inconvenience to the public. IA is not responsible for the safety of the clients and their participants utilizing the street.
The client shall properly observe cleanliness in the premises and shall be responsible for keeping the place clean and free of shooting props and materials after the shoot.
The client shall strictly follow the health and safety protocol issued by the government to avoid the spread and contamination of Covid-19 including compliance with the guidelines on the conduct of film, audiovisual production and photoshoot issued by the Intramuros Administration. The Intramuros Administration reserves the right to refuse entry to those manifesting any signs and symptoms of the infection and failure to comply with any of the health and safety protocols.
Bringing in pets is allowed subject to the guidelines of IA.
The use of fireworks and/or drone cameras are subject to the prior approval of IA and subject to the presentation of separate permits issued by the government agencies concerned.
Online applications and the written permits are non-transferrable.
