I'm Mari Rose Tan but I prefer to be called Maru. With over 8 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Support Representative, Sales Associate, Technical Support Specialist, and SME/Nesting Team Lead, I have built a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and leadership. Transitioning into the virtual workspace, I expanded my expertise into transaction coordination, recruitment, and social media management.

I have successfully managed contracts from start to close, supported seamless recruitment processes, and created impactful social media strategies—from content planning and graphic design to scheduling and engagement. My creative and organized approach helps businesses strengthen their brand presence, streamline workflows, and deliver excellent client experiences.
