Psychedelics have been an interest for many years, specifically concerning helping people with anxiety, depression, and other health issues. I took them for the first time in 2024, hoping for a reset on my perspective of my own mental state. For the last 6 months, I have been micro-dosing and feel like I am making great progress on changing my perspective on how I view, react, and respond to daily situations. Change isn’t happening all at once, but I feel little steps of progress here and there on how I react to daily challenges and challenges I have put in front of myself to overcome. My experience with Melanie was beautiful, powerful, and transformative. Truly, within five hours, I felt like we’d accomplished years of therapy. I felt very safe the entire time, never overwhelmed. Melanie sets you up for your experience incredibly well. It starts off like any other talk therapy session, while the heart medicine slowly comes online in the background. The depth, breakthrough, and lightbulb moments you can achieve in the space Melanie holds really is a miracle. I felt supported after the experience with two follow up calls.
