These Terms and Conditions apply to the TrickShotX mobile application (“Application”) created and provided by IAM Games (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us” or “our”) as an ad-supported service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before use.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it, including trademarks, without permission.
You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative works of the Application.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider, excluding any third-party content or assets used under license. Certain visual, audio, or other materials included in the Application are used under license or with proper attribution to their respective rights holders. Details and credits for such third-party assets can be found in the “Credits” section within the Application.
We aim to keep the Application as useful and efficient as possible, but we may:
Change the Application or its features at any time.
Charge for certain features (we will inform you clearly before doing so).
The Application stores and processes personal data as described in our [Privacy Policy].
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and preventing unauthorized access.
We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may cause security risks and functionality issues.
The Application uses third-party services with their own terms and conditions:
We are not responsible for the availability or integrity of these services, which may become unavailable at any time. If user data is lost due to third-party issues, we are not liable.
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
We are not responsible for issues caused by poor or unavailable connectivity.
If you use mobile data, your mobile provider’s terms and charges apply.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional.
We may provide updates to improve the Application.
You agree to install these updates when available.
We do not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with all device models or OS versions.
We may stop offering the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
Your rights to use the Application end immediately.
You must uninstall and delete the Application from your device.
The Application is not intended for individuals under 13 years old or under the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
We may suspend or permanently ban your access without prior warning if we detect:
Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools.
Any activity that disrupts or harms the Application.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees. We do not warrant:
Continuous, error-free operation.
Suitability for a specific purpose.
That it will meet your expectations.
We are not liable for losses or damages caused by your use or inability to use the Application.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you directly in the Application.
You will be asked to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Application.
If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using and uninstall the Application.
A. Virtual Currency and Items: The Application provides virtual currency and items (including inventory, loot boxes, and other in-game assets). These virtual goods are solely granted as a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use within the Application. They remain the property of IAM Games at all times.
They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money or physical goods. However, IAM Games may, at its sole discretion, allow the transfer or "trading" of certain virtual items or currency between users exclusively through official, in-game mechanisms provided by the Application.
Any transfer or attempted transfer outside of these official mechanisms is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms, which may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
B. Limitation of Liability for Loss: IAM Games shall not be liable or responsible for (i) any loss, corruption, or unavailability of your Account or associated data, or (ii) any loss, deletion, or deterioration of your virtual goods or in-game inventory (including currency, progress, or items obtained through loot boxes).
We will only be liable for such losses if they occur directly as a result of our proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your device and account.
