Very Simple: your venture/business needs a strong social media presence.
It doesn't matter if you are a startup, a small business, a local shop that needs to scale, or a big company. Social media is more than just hype or trend. It is an important piece to get your business out there, to be seen and to be heard, and it is also an essential tool of your marketing strategy.
However, being on Facebook or Instagram is not enough to drive business growth. It's just one piece of your puzzle.
So, why use Social Media?
Social Media platforms can help you connect with your audience or let's say "customers" and increase brand awareness. It can also boost leads and sales.
Imagine, with more than a billion people around the world using social media every month. That's huge! So what's the plan? Take the first step, create a profile, and start engaging with your customers.
Social media is an immense branding, lead generation, and many more for any business.
Without it, a lot of companies are missing out on the bigger potential and what’s still to come!
Here's how I do Social Media based on what I did with my previous clients:
Communicate with them. What are their goals? Do they need someone who needs to handle their social media for brand awareness and engagement? Post and schedule social media content? Respond to followers and manage comments and messages? Or are they looking for an expert who can execute and develop a strategic game plan to generate sales and even manage their ads?
Brand Kit. Ask for it. This is very important to maintain the integrity of their brand and how they convey their message to the audience.
Identify their target market. Competitor research.
Know their challenges. Are there insufficient page and website traffic? Weak brand awareness? Slow sales?
Strategy. This consists of content, promotion, engagement, and conversion. Do they have graphic designers? Video editors? Content creator? But it's important that you have these skillsets.
Measure & Analyze. Their audience growth, engagement, leads, response rate, and very important is of course, negative feedback.
