Call for Papers
With the rapid advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the landscape of literary creation and criticism. How should Ethical Literary Criticism, which integrates narrative imagination with moral judgment, navigate this new era? In what ways should ethical judgment function in AI-driven literary analysis and interpretation?
The 14th International Convention of the International Association for Ethical Literary Criticism (IAELC) will explore the theme of “Ethical Literary Criticism in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.” This conference aims to examine the impact of AI on literary discourse and investigate the possibilities of ethical interpretation. By reassessing the essence of literature and the role of criticism in the collaboration between humans and machines, we seek to explore how ethical values and literary interpretation can coexist in this evolving landscape.
We invite scholars from around the world to join us in this critical discussion on the future of literature and ethical literary criticism in the AI era. We look forward to your participation.
