We are a group consisting of first & third years of IADT. Our goal is to get people to exercise more, as during the past lockdowns, depression has been on the rise, and we aim to stamp this out as much as possible with the help of exercises & activities to keep people entertained, motivated and confident!
We aim to have a number of classes and courses this year (Covid Permitting) But due to lockdowns we have been unable to do so.
We have a Couch to 5k on our Instagram, It is a great way to get your fitness going if your new to running .
Running offers so many benefits that you wouldn't even think of!
