Any person involved or interested in alternative education will become a voting member upon responses to a membership survey. Members are eligible to vote, hold office, and attend meetings.

Anyone interested in being on the board needs to contact Kitty Clingingsmith the Elections Officer before the annual state conference in April to be put on the ballot. Board members are elected at the annual state conference.
