In order for your paper to be included in the proceedings at least one author must register and pay the registration fees in full by the deadline. Registration will be handled online using the following Weblink: Registration Link.
All participants can find their accommodation at the below link at the conference location. They have a group discount room rate for all the authors and the participants attending IA-IoT 2019. The group stay rate applicable from April 29 until May 2 2019.

Attendees should plan their travel well in advance. Information on visas and entry requirements to Belgium can be found on the website of your nearest Belgian Embassy or Consulate.
Please note that visa invitation letters will ONLY be issued to participants who have registered and paid their registration fees. Please be advised that the committee will not act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity.
If you need a letter of invitation from the organizers of the workshop for filing a visa request, please send an email to IA-IoT2019, with the subject "Visa Invitation Letter".

The visa invitation letter will be scanned and emailed to you. It is the prerogative of the Belgian authorities to grant or deny a travel visa; EDI40 conference or IA-IoT2019 workshop has no responsibility for or control over such travel requests.
