This is a colorful, varied tool designed for learners of Hebrew as a second or foreign language, suitable for ages 8 to adult. It offers games for beginners and intermediate learners across various topics and interactive levels. The tool helps practice reading and listening skills as well as reading skills

**Description of the Software:**

The program provides activities for both beginners and intermediate students, covering Alphabet and vocalization, basic vocabulary, verb in Pa'al and Pi'el tenses, prepositions, and everyday conversations based on situations. With twelve subject areas—alphabet, food, numbers, home and workplaces, professions, family members, countries, clothing, places and transportation, and daily activities, colors, and spelling—learners can choose from different games and levels of difficulty. The engaging games include vocabulary drills, puzzles, and comic-strip conversations, motivating learners by allowing them to play against the computer or compete in win/lose scenarios.

**Limitations**

I have designed an interface that relies heavily on graphical elements. The main menu is visually  easy to navigate, with intuitive features on each game screen, such as a Help button, a green start button, and a red exit button. However, the instructions for each game are often unclear. Lower-level students might struggle to work independently, making the apps or the website challenging to use if no explanation is given.

Additionally, there tutorials lack an option for students to respond with "I don't know" when they can't answer a question. In these situations, learners might end up randomly clicking on the screen, hoping to get the right answer. For example, when presented with a variety of nationalities  and asked to click on Israeli, a student who is unsure has no choice but to click through the fifty nationalities or exit the game.

The apps provide immediate feedback, which is the simplest level of interactivity available. After answering a question, a voice informs the student whether their answer was correct  playing " Ta-da!" Sound or incorrect, by playing "oops" sound,  or it offers additional information. While the apps vary these messages to some extent, which is useful given that students may answer over fifty questions in some games, the feedback can often feel patronizing and become irritating over time.

The level-I games, and some of the level-II games, might not engage students for long. Many games focus on teaching and reinforcing vocabulary. For instance, after completing a game centered on food vocabulary, a student may seek a more interactive challenge, but the options are limited. The level-III games offer more engaging and diverse content, such as comic strips completion, or grammar or spelling drills, but they are too advanced for beginners and thus not suitable for them.

For this reason, i come up with ideas about how to teach using the apps. The ideas are not the only way to use the apps, but rather suggestions for teachers or students that like to learn on their own.

**Recommendations**
