Refund Policy for Donations

• Refunds are applicable only within 2 days from the date of the initial donation.

3. Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the donation within 5-10 business days of the refund request approval.

4. Eligible Refund Cases:

• Refunds will only be issued if HzGamesStudios is unable to provide the agreed-upon rewards or fails to meet obligations as stated in the terms and conditions.

5. Refund Exclusions:

• Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 2-day eligibility period from the date of the initial donation.

6. Non-transferable Donations:

• Donations made for the crowdfunding campaign are non-transferable and non-refundable beyond the specified refund period.
