RTP Posters

As part of my commitment to research–practice partnerships, students in my undergraduate courses apply what they have learned to real-world challenges faced by English teachers in Korea. Each semester, students are given a problem scenario and develop evidence-informed solutions by drawing on relevant applied linguistics theories and research. In the poster session, students present their ideas and explain how they could be implemented in practice.

RTP posters are designed to help pre-service teachers engage with the challenges of real classrooms. Ultimately, they aim to empower teachers to systematically address local problems in their own teaching contexts as independent agents.

Posters are evaluated based on (a) the theoretical soundness of the proposed approach, (b) feasibility of implementation, (c) creativity, and (d) presentation delivery. The featured poster represents an outstanding project selected from each cohort.
